Relevant Experience

A lawyer of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, María José Valenzuela joined the labor team of ​​Aninat Schwencke & Cia in December 2016. Previously, she worked as a labor lawyer in the Importadora Café do Brasil and in the law firms Estudio Riesco (labor consultancy, civil and labor litigation) and Uribe, Hübner y Canales (litigation and labor advice). During her professional career, Ms. Valenzuela has focused her practice with a particular emphasis on labor litigation, either in preparation of the strategies of the causes and their main writings, such as in oral litigation as such, before the labor trials, the Courts of Appeals and before the Supreme Court. Her experience in corporate labor issues is mainly focused on advising national and foreign clients on issues related to individual law, as well as the collective right to work. In addition, she advises companies in reorganization processes, collective bargaining and different union conflicts. She has also participated in numerous due diligence.
