Relevant Experience

A lawyer from the Universidad de Chile, Mariana Ramírez joined the labor area of ​​Aninat Schwencke & Cía. in June 2017. Previously, she worked as an attorney for the corporate area at Guerrero Olivos law firm. Ms. Ramírez was benefited with the Scholarship Mérito Académico Familia Said Somavía (2014), granted by the Universidad de Chile School of Las. In 2015, she passed his grade examination with a maximum grade and was awarded with distinction. From 2012 to date, she works as an Ad Honorem assistant in the Constitutional Law cycle and in the Political Science elective course, both by Professor José Ignacio Vásquez Márquez, at the Universidad de Chile School of Law. In Aninat Schwencke & Cía. Ms. Ramírez has focused her practice on advising companies and clients of different areas in aspects of labor contingency, and collaborates in the drafting of specialized documents on the subject. She also works in labor litigation. During the year 2017, she attended the Update Course of Law No. 20.940, on the Reform of the Collective Labor Law, taught by the Universidad de Chile School of Law.
